Pavel Melnik has the details.

The weather is perfect for convertibles. This version of the Aurus Senat was presented at the parade rehearsal under a bright sun. So far, only the stately silhouette of the 600 horsepower limousine is visible. The body panels are covered. They'll be revealed only on May 9th when the minister of defense takes the traditional detour of ceremonial detachments. And this is just one of this year's several novelties.

"It was tested in the North Caucasus and in Arctic conditions".

The National Guard's newest tactical all-terrain vehicles, the Chaborz, took places in the first rows of the column for the first time.

The Vesti crew as part of a mechanized column. This Chaborz's element is rugged terrain. But even here, on the concrete road, you can feel its off-road potential. The suspension runs over all of the road's joints just perfectly.

To fix the distance, catch the pace of the column — almost 13,000 cadets and servicemen perfect maneuvers at the Alabino training ground. So that every row looks like a tense string. The strictest critics are relatives. They're watching from the stands.

- Eagles.

- True eagles they are.

While the eagles measure their pace on the parade grounds, white swans fly across the sky. The fastest of all bombers, the Tu-160, is a deterrent argument for any geopolitical dispute. There are mere meters between the planes' wings. These are the Su-34 crews of the Western Military District. They train over Voronezh Oblast so they can fly perfectly at the parade. On May 9th, all the parade participants will show the best of what they are capable of on Red Square.
