Zhirinovsky: Trump Will Unite Korea, Cede Donbass to Russia, Strangle Europe and Win the Nobel

— Can anyone explain what actually happened there?

Vladimir Zhirinovsky, LDPR: There are three scenarios. The first one isn't what you'd call a happy one. Denuclearization means decades of neutralizing all types of nuclear weapons. It takes too long, it can't be verified, so we'd need to take their word for it. That's where another scenario comes in which this is what Trump and the US need to have a backup plan for the future escalation of the situation against China. Taiwan isn't enough, it's different if they blow up the Korean Peninsula to spite China. The alleged denuclearization will take 10-15 years, then it'll become obvious that it never occurred to begin with. Things must transpire this way because this is what they planned 20 years ago — to blow up the Korean Peninsula to strike Korea.

The second scenario is that the events will proceed gradually. There will be obvious results, perhaps, maybe some new enterprise or open borders. This is an in-between scenario, in which they have nothing on China, but it's still not perfect.

Now, the best scenario is when Donald Trump becomes a true peacemaker. Barack Obama got the Nobel Prize, but he didn't do anything significant. They'd need to quickly destroy everything and unite, even though they've been at war for 70 years. They have a truce, not a signed peace treaty, and a truce can be revoked at any time. Technically, the US and Korea are currently at war.

— Unite what exactly?

— Both Koreas. Fully connect their railroads, open all borders.

— Vladimir Volfovich, may I ask a non-PC question?

— Start an economic riot.

— May I ask a non-PC question?

— Go ahead.

— I haven't asked Mr. Stankevich this today, but I've asked Mr. Maslov. Everybody talks about the need to unite the Koreas.

— Right.

— Before that, everyone would say that both Germanies must unite eventually. Everyone worries about the divided Germans and Koreans. But what about the highly divided Russian people?

— Exactly.

— If they're all so eager to approve the unification of the Germans and the Koreans, why don't they consider all the current events like that with Crimea as a unification of Russians? You've talked about it in the past.

— This is more leverage for Trump. The Germans have united, so did the Vietnamese and the Koreans, and only one nation remains. The Jews have a country, gypsies are no longer persecuted.

— Except for Ukraine.

— Right. Now, only the Russians remain, and half of Ukraine's population is Russian, especially in Crimea. Yet more leverage for Trump.

Sergey Stankevich, Party of Growth: The largest divided nation is the Kurds.

— There are more Russians.

— Anyway. He can become a real peacemaker.

— The Kurds have serious issues, too.

— He'll reunite the Koreans, they dream about it, they want it done without any help.

— Should they unite under the Juche ideology?

— They want to be left alone, that's all.

— That's a great idea.

— They no longer want Juche, they want quality enterprises. Look, if the Americans take some enterprises to the US, they can set some up in North Korea. They can pay for it because Trump says it's cheaper to resolve this peacefully. War is dangerously expensive for South Korea, Japan, Russia, and China. He's better off becoming a peacemaker and forgetting about it. He must ensure an economic balance against Japan. The necessity for Chinese protection of Korea must be eliminated. Korea might even surpass China somehow over the next few years. We'll benefit as well by receiving a lot of manpower. We'll connect the railroads, the gas pipelines will go all the way to the ocean. We can't lose here. Japan will lose due to new competition, so will China because the Koreans will no longer need their help. They'll still need us because we provide them with resources and roads, and we hire their people. The Chinese won't hire them, they have excessive manpower as is. Syria will be his second step, giving him leverage, and making Trump a peacemaker. He'll be awarded a second Nobel Prize.

— One is enough for him.

— I'd give him one every year.

— The Nobel Prize shouldn't be given to Trump.

— Whom then? Me?

— You're long overdue.

— I'll share it with someone.

— I think the Russian soccer coach Cherchesov should be awarded if our team wins.

— Tomorrow, we'll win 2:0, then 1:1 against Uruguay, 1:0 against Egypt, progressing from the group, and see where it takes us. Then, it's the key issue, the Russian issue: the meeting between Putin and Trump. They can come to an agreement, which will be a great achievement. After all, the Koreans represent the Far East, and the Syrians represent the Middle East. But that's only possible if he's eager to negotiate. Ukraine needs to let Lviv and five other regions go, just split them off, and then Ukraine can enter NATO, the EU, whatever they want. He must agree to have all of New Russia to be under our flag, like Crimea and Donbass. This way, he'll end three conflicts, becoming a three-time Nobel prize winner. It will ensure great relations with Russia and China, meanwhile, he'll put pressure on Europe and strangle it because he hates it so much. He'd flee it like Zlobin had fled Russia, like Stankevich had fled to Poland, among others. That's why he'll be re-elected for a second term, and then his daughter will serve two terms, followed by three terms served by his son-in-law. This family will be gentle with the US, leaving their mark as the best US presidents, even better than Roosevelt and all the others. You'll see, that's what's coming.
